Bring ideas
Youth members help identify issues, propose projects, and shape what the program becomes.
ATPT Youth Outreach
Youth Outreach is where service, leadership, ideas, and community action meet. We are creating space for young people to help decide what matters, build projects around real needs, and learn by doing the work.

Director of Youth Outreach
Zora is helping shape ATPT's youth outreach from the beginning — bringing a young person's perspective into planning, service projects, community engagement, and the conversations that determine what comes next.
This is not a ceremonial title. The goal is to give youth real responsibility, room to think, room to organize, and a direct role in building work that other young people will actually want to join.
What youth outreach means here
Youth members help identify issues, propose projects, and shape what the program becomes.
Learn how to communicate a mission, engage the public, recruit support, and represent the work with confidence.
Create service projects that bring young people together around practical work and shared responsibility.
Work with schools, markets, nonprofits, artists, local leaders, and neighborhood partners.
The bigger idea
ATPT Youth Outreach is designed to grow with the young people inside it. We start with service and conversation, then build projects from what youth see, question, and care enough to change.
Bring something to the table
Young people, parents, educators, community organizations, artists, mentors, and supporters all have a role to play.
