The model

Presence before theory.

Participants learn by entering real communities, serving people directly, listening, observing, reflecting, and building from what the community teaches them.

Core cycle

Pull Up → Listen → Feed → Build → Repeat.

One curriculum can be used with youth, adults, volunteers, organizations, faith communities, schools, service teams, and other groups doing real community work.

Our standard

We do not enter communities looking for content. We enter communities looking to contribute.

We listen because people's answers matter. We serve beside people, not above them. And when the handout ends, we bring what we learned back to the Table and build from it.

Completion recognition

ATPT Certificate of Completion

Participants who complete the curriculum requirements may receive an At The People's Table Certificate of Completion for Pull Up. Listen. Feed. Build. — Community Field Action Model, including the A.W.A.R.E. Field Method.

This is an ATPT program-completion certificate recognizing completion of ATPT's own curriculum and field standards.
